家族旅行で初めて滞在しました。中庭がまずとても素敵で、スタッフの皆さんが、笑顔で挨拶して下さり、一丸となって、お客さんを歓迎しようという心遣いが感じられました。ビュッフェも時間帯を複数設けて、待ち時間が、長くならないように配慮されていました。お料理も種類が沢山あって、家族みんな大満足でした。

飯店門口還算寬敞(飯店接送客戶車輛也停在門口),自駕車停門口下車遭飯店老員工驅趕, 同車五人拖著行李從停車場入飯店,

フロント対応のおじさん？とバイキングのときアルコール提供してたメガネかけた女の人すごく態度が悪くて感じ悪かった。他の方はすごく良かったのに、、、ご飯は最高でした！山形の名物料理もたべられたし良かった。高い値段出してる割には部屋が少し残念、アメニティとか人数分そろってなかったしもう少し改善されたらいいな

上山にあるコストコへ買い物に行った帰りに、入浴目的に寄りました。 駐車場は通りを挟んだ向かいにあります。 玄関を入り、天井にシャンデリアがあるフロントで入浴料1,000円を支払います。 フロントの反対側には、窓から綺麗な中庭が見えます。 夜21時まで受け付けてくださっているのは、ありがたいです。 フロントは２Fにあり、大浴場は１つ降りた１Fにあります。 内湯の大きなお風呂は「ら・ふらんすの湯」というのだそうですが、別にらふらんすが湯船に浮いているわけではありません。 小さなお風呂はジャクジーでした。 露天風呂は源泉掛け流しだそうです。 よく温まります。 入浴後もしばらく汗が引きませんでした。
